The Rover video receiver, developed and produced by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., provides war fighters in the field, on ships, or in aircraft with real-time imagery directly from Predator, Predator B, Army I-GNAT, or ER/MP. The small lightweight, and rugged Rover is backpack portable and comes supplied with antennas, power options, carrying case, and a hand held portable receiver. With a range of up to 200 km and a user friendly graphic user interface (GUI) display, Rover systematically provides streamlined data dissemination, giving both the warfighter and the commander a coherent real-time situational awareness level unmatched in the world.
